Process: A high-hardness nitride layer (such as Fe₃N) is formed on the surface through nitriding (such as gas nitriding, ion nitriding).
Advantages:
Ultra-high hardness (up to over HRC 60), significantly improved wear resistance, and extended platform lifespan.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to oxidation, welding spatter, and coolant erosion.
Dimensional stability: The nitrided layer can reduce thermal deformation, suitable for high-temperature welding environments.

Grid hole system: The platform surface is covered with precisely machined positioning holes, with a hole pitch tolerance usually of ±0.02mm, supporting fixture installation at any angle.
