Product Overview
Flat Welding Table With Fixture Tools is a precision-ground, heavy-duty steel workbench designed for professional fabricators and workshops.
Constructed from high-grade steel, this table features a grid of precision-bored holes (typically 16mm or 28mm) and a fully flat surface. It is paired with a complete set of fixture tools (clamps, stops, and adapters) to hold workpieces securely during MIG, TIG, Stick, or spot welding.
Unlike traditional clamping methods, this system eliminates warping and ensures repeatable, accurate results every time.

Product Features

Precision-Ground Steel Surface
Flatness tolerance of ±0.1mm over the entire 1200x2400mm area. Minimizes material distortion during welding.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction (Q355)
25mm thick plate. Withstands high impact, heavy loads, and high-temperature welding spatter without deforming.

28mm Standard Bore Holes
Compatible with most standard modular fixture kits. Allows 360° clamping and positioning.

Complete Fixture Tool Set Included
Comes with vertical clamps, horizontal clamps, angle brackets, and stop pins. No need to buy accessories separately.
How to Use?

Step 1: Setup
Place the table on a level concrete floor. Adjust the leveling pads (if included) to ensure a stable base with no rocking.
Step 2: Position the Workpiece
Place your metal pieces on the table roughly where the weld will occur.
Step 3: Select Fixture Tools
Choose appropriate clamps, locating pins, and stop blocks from the included kit.
Step 4: Assemble Fixtures
Insert pins into the table hole grid. Attach clamps to the pins. Adjust the clamps to hold the workpiece firmly against the table surface and edges.
Step 5: Check Alignment
Use a square or tape measure against the table's machined edge. Because the table is perfectly flat, no additional shims are needed.
Step 6: Weld
Perform your welding operation. The steel table acts as a heat sink, reducing distortion.
Step 7: Release & Clean
Loosen clamps, remove the finished part. Use a scraper to remove spatter from the table holes.

FAQ
tIPS FOR REFERENCE
Answering the following questions can roughly help you understand our products.
Q:1.Does table come pre-drilled with holes?
A: Yes. The 1200*2400mm surface features a precision-grid hole pattern (spacing typically 100x100mm ) ready for immediate use with the included fixture tools.
Q:2.What thickness is table steel plate?
A: The tabletop is made from 25mm thick steel (depending on the grade selected), ensuring no flex under heavy load.
Q:3.Will welding spatter stick to table surface?
A: Anti-spatter spray is recommended. The bare steel surface allows easy removal of spatter with a scraper. We recommend applying a thin layer of anti-spatter fluid before heavy use.
Q:4.How flat is "flat"?
A: Our tables are machined to a tolerance of ≤ 0.1mm over 1 meter. This is industrial-grade flatness suitable for certified welding procedures.
Q:5.Can I buy just welding table without tools?
A: Yes. However, the "With Fixture Tools" bundle offers a 30% cost saving compared to buying the table and clamps separately. We recommend the set for first-time buyers.
Q:6.Is shipping arranged for such a heavy item?
A: Yes. The table weighs approximately 870 kg. It will be shipped via LTL freight (flatbed or liftgate truck) directly to your business or residence (curbside delivery). Please ensure you have a forklift or pallet jack available.
