🛡️ Anti-Spatter & Durable (Nitrided Surface)
Unlike painted or oiled plates, the nitrided layer (HV 500-600) makes welding spatter bounce off with a simple brush. No grinding required to maintain the surface.

📐 Extreme Flatness & Rigidity
Precision milled on both sides. The thick steel plate (≥19mm) combined with ribbed bottom support prevents "banana shape" distortion even under high heat input or heavy workpieces.

🔧 High-Flexibility Hole System

Usage Guide
Step 1: Initial Setup
Place the workbench on a level concrete floor.
Adjust the adjustable feet or support legs to ensure no rocking. Check flatness with a spirit level.
Step 2: Laying Out the Fixture
Review your workpiece drawing. Strategically insert locating pins into the holes corresponding to your part's edges.
Do not place pins too close to the weld seam (keep >50mm clearance to avoid heat locking).
Step 3: Clamping the Workpiece
Use bridge clamps or quick-release clamps to hold the material tight against the pins.
For tubes or round stock, use V-shaped stands inserted into the hole grid.
Step 4: Welding
Perform tack welds first while the workpiece is clamped.
Weld as usual. After welding, allow the piece to cool on the table (constrained cooling) to reduce distortion.
Step 5: Removal & Maintenance
Release all clamps. Tap the locating pins out from the bottom (if using self-locking pins) or simply lift the workpiece.
Daily Tip: Use a scraper or brass brush to remove spatter. No oiling needed due to nitrided surface.

Answering the following questions can roughly help you understand our products.
Q:1.Why choose a nitrided workbench over ordinary steel plate?
A:Ordinary plates require anti-spatter spray and rust oil daily. The nitrided surface is chemically hardened; spatter does not stick, and the table will not rust even in humid workshops for 3-5 years.
Q:2.What is the hole diameter? Are the accessories universal?
A: The standard is usually Ø28mm (heavy duty) or Ø16mm (light/medium). All standard clamping kits on the market are compatible. Please confirm diameter with our sales team.
Q:3.Is the 1500x3000mm table perfectly flat?
A: Yes. Factory tolerance is DIN 876/ISO Grade 2. Flatness is ≤0.1mm per square meter. However, if you weld directly on the surface without fixtures, localized heat may cause minor temporary distortion, but it will not permanently warp the plate.
Q:4.How do I clean the holes if spatter gets inside?
A: Nitriding makes the holes smooth. Usually, compressed air blower is enough. For stubborn cases, use a Ø27mm drill bit (by hand) to ream it out.
Q:5.Can I install this on a low-clearance workbench?
A: This 1500x3000 size is heavy. It is best placed on heavy-duty legs or a steel frame base (sold separately or as a bundle). Do not put it on wooden cabinets.
Q:6.What is the lead time?
A:Standard 25mm thickness usually 5-10 days. Custom thickness or special hole patterns require 15-20 days.
