The Modular Steel Welding Platform Table is a professional, heavy-duty fixturing system designed for large-scale welding, assembly, and inspection.
Modular : The platform consists of precision-machined steel sections that can be bolted together – allowing you to expand, reconfigure, or replace individual panels.
1500*3000mm : A massive working area (5ft x 10ft) – spacious enough for truck chassis, industrial boilers, ship sections, and structural steel frames.
Nitrided : The entire working surface is gas-nitrided, creating an ultra-hard, heat-resistant, and spatter-repellent case layer.
Steel Construction : Full carbon steel with reinforced ribs for extreme rigidity.

Factory flatness: ≤ 0.5mm over the entire 3-meter length. Use it as a certified datum surface for heavy fabrication.
1500*3000mm – True XL Working Area
Fit an entire truck frame, a 10-foot pipe section, or multiple small workpieces side by side. No more overhang or temporary supports.
Modular Design – Start Small, Scale Big
Each panel is individually precision-ground and bolted via high-tensile connectors.
Need 4500mm later? Add another 1500mm module. One damaged corner? Replace just one panel, not the whole table.
Pre-Drilled Hole Grid (D16 or D28 options)
Standard 28mm holes on a 100mm grid. Accepts all modular fixturing components (clamps, stops, squares, rising pins).

tIPS FOR REFERENCE
Answering the following questions can roughly help you understand our products.
Q:1.What does "nitrided" actually mean – and why not stainless steel?
A: Nitriding diffuses nitrogen into the steel surface, creating a hardened case (not just a coating). Stainless is softer, more expensive, and still traps spatter. Nitrided carbon steel gives you hardness, spatter release, and cost-effectiveness.
Q:2.Can I cut on this table?
A: Occasional plasma or torch cutting is fine if you use a cutting grid or sacrificial plate. Direct cutting will eventually damage the nitride layer. We recommend a separate cutting table.
Q:3.My shop floor isn't perfectly flat. Will the table still work?
A: YYes. The adjustable screw feet (included) compensate for floor irregularities up to 20mm. Always level the table – not the floor.
Q:4.Is the modular joint perfectly flush? Won't it catch my workpiece?
A: Each module is precision ground. When bolted correctly, the joint gap is < 0.1mm and almost invisible to feel. You can slide workpieces across the joint without snagging.
Q:5.How do I move this monster?
A: Each 1500*1500mm module weighs approximately 350–450kg. We strongly recommend:
Option A: Crane or forklift for initial placement.
Option B: Our optional retractable caster frame – lower the feet to lock, raise to roll.
Q:6.What hole size should I choose – D16 or D28?
A:
D16: Standard for general fabrication (automotive, light structural, pipe). More fixtures available.
D28: Heavy-duty (mining, shipbuilding, large structural). Stronger pins and clamps.
We offer adapter bushings if you need both sizes.
