1000×2000mm Square Leg Welding Platform (Nitrided Treatment)
A heavy-duty welding workbench featuring square tube legs and an overall nitrided surface.
The square tube leg structure delivers anti-torsion rigidity, while the nitrided layer raises the surface hardness to 600–800 HV, offering excellent wear resistance, rust prevention and anti-welding spatter adhesion properties.
It is suitable for manual welding, robotic welding and assembly tooling applications.

More torsion-resistant than round tube legs, with no shaking or rotation under heavy loads
Nitrided Surface
Hardness: 550–600 HV. Welding slag can be removed with a light tap, requiring no grinding.
Large worktable of 1000×2000mm
Suitable for medium to large workpieces such as vehicle frames, cabinets and structural parts
Optional Modular Hole
Customizable 16/28mm holes, compatible with 3D flexible fixtures

tIPS FOR REFERENCE
Answering the following questions can roughly help you understand our products.
Q:1.Will the nitrided surface rust?
A: It is not easy to rust. Nitriding treatment forms a dense compound layer on the surface, with far better rust resistance than ordinary steel plates. It remains basically rust-free for long-term indoor use; covering is recommended for outdoor application.
Q:2.What is the difference between square legs and round legs?
A: Square legs have better torsion resistance. When round legs are used, the tabletop may rotate if the workpiece's center of gravity deviates; square legs avoid this issue.
Q:3.Can casters be installed?
A: Yes. Mounting holes are reserved at the bottom of square legs, and 4 heavy-duty locking casters (nylon or steel) are optional.
Q:4.What is the flatness of the tabletop?
A: Standard flatness ≤0.6mm / 1000mm. Precision-ground tabletops with flatness ≤0.2mm can be customized.
Q:5.Will the nitrided layer wear off?
A: Nitriding is a treatment that penetrates into the interior of the metal (with a thickness of about 0.2–0.4mm), not a surface coating, so it will not peel off like paint. It can serve normally for 5–10 years.
Q:6.Is there a CE certificate?
A: It is available. Third-party inspection is supported, and a CE Declaration of Conformity can be issued.
