Packaging Method: Industrial grade stretch film + reinforced plywood pallet / export wooden crate (optional). Anti-rust oil applied to exposed metal parts. Corner protectors and strapping belts for stability.
Protection Measures: Main body fixed with steel bolts to the base skid. Rubber shock absorbers placed between rollers and packing base. All electrical components wrapped in moisture-proof bags.
Stacking & Storage: Max 2 layers stacking. Storage temperature -20℃ to +50℃, relative humidity ≤85%, avoid direct sunlight and corrosive gases.
Marking: Shipping marks, model number, gross/net weight, "Handle with care" and "This side up" stickers on outer case.

Shipping Methods: Sea freight (standard 20GP/40HQ container), land transport (flatbed truck), rail, or air freight upon request. FOB port (Shanghai / Ningbo / Tianjin) or CIF destination available.
Loading & Securing Requirements: The equipment has a low center of gravity. Forklift or crane required for loading/unloading. Forklift pockets provided under the wooden crate. Use nylon slings for lifting, avoid hitting the control box. Inside the truck, secure the unit with ratchet straps anchored to the floor.
