◆Head tail welding positioner adopts a horizontal head and tail seat structure with good openness, suitable workpiece clamping height, convenient welding operation, and suitable for structural parts with more weld positions.
◆The headstock and tailstock are fixed on the base and are relatively independent, and the rotation center is coaxial.
◆The reducer adopts a worm gear reducer series with large torque and long life.
◆In order to facilitate the return of welding current, the ground wire of the welding positioner is connected to the machine base, and the rotating part conducts the welding current to the workpiece through a carbon brush to prevent the welding current from being too large and burning the bearing.
