Welding positioner is mainly used for turning and positioning non-long weldments such as frames, bases, casings, heads, flanges, and pipe fittings. It can also be used for assembly, cutting, inspection, grinding and painting operations.

1.The frame of the 600KG welding positioner is made of sheet metal. It has evenly distributed positioning lines on the table and is equipped with 4, 6 or 8 T-shaped slots. You can use 3-jaw industrial chucks or bolts as needed. to position and clamp workpieces.

2.Due to the unique structural design of the slewing bearing contact surface, its rotation speed is uniform and self-locking, making it easy to stop the workpiece accurately at the required position.

3. The electrical control part consists of a manual control box and an electric control box.

The remote control box has the function buttons required to control the welding positioner, and can preset the rotation and flip speed of the positioner.

There are frequency conversion control processing units, transformers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, etc. in the electric control box. The use of frequency conversion processing unit can achieve a certain protection against voltage overvoltage, overcurrent, and overload, making the positioner and welding chuck safer and more reliable.

The control panel has buttons to control workpiece rotation, up and down flip buttons, fault alarms and fault elimination, etc.
