Welding positioner is a kind of automatic pipe welding machine for construction, chemical, power industry and etc. This 1000kg welding and rotating turntable can lift, turn and rotate the work piece to make the metal work-piece in the best welding position. We produce tilt type, elevator type, double column rotary type and others. The welding positioner we produced can be matched with welding manipulator to become welding centre, and can also be matched with robotic machine to realize automatic welding operation.

2.Welding positioner is generally made of rotary table, flip mechanism and electric control system, through flipping and rotation of the worktable to made the workpiece fixed to it reaching the desired angle for welding and assembly.

4.Because of eccentricity and center of gravity distance, for workpiece that is longer and more position offset, it is needed to select slightly larger models.
