1. The beam of the Automatic portable plasma cutting machine adopts a square tube butt welding structure, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, light weight and small inertia.
2. Horizontal guide wheels are installed at both ends of the longitudinal drive frame, which can adjust the pressing degree of the eccentric wheel of the bottom drive frame on the guide rail.
3. Horizontal and longitudinal drives adopt precision rack and pinion (level 7 precision) transmission.
The horizontal guide rails adopt linear guide rails imported from Taiwan, and the longitudinal guide rails are composed of precision-machined special steel rails. This ensures the smooth operation of the cutting machine and stable quality.
4. The drive system is a domestic servo driver. Imported servo and domestic servo drivers can also be configured according to user needs, making the whole machine run smoothly, with a wide speed range and short acceleration time.
