H Beam Cutting Machine is designed and developed for large-scale steel cutting. This series of machines are mainly composed of web cutting mechanism, flange cutting mechanism, control box, gas distributor and cutting torch. The shell is mainly made of aluminum alloy, and all parts are connected by the web cutting mechanism.
There are reduction box, motor and clutch device in the web cutting mechanism, and the web cutting mechanism runs on the track with four rollers. The flange cutting mechanism is installed on one side of the web cutting mechanism, and the four pulleys support the moving rod to drive the rack up and down vertically using gears. The machine is reasonably designed and easy to inspect and maintain.
All operations of this series of machines are concentrated on the control panel. Such as four-way control switch, quick return button, speed regulator, power switch. Even beginners can master it quickly.
