H-shaped steel gantry type automatic submerged arc welding machine is an H-shaped steel welding equipment independently developed by our company based on market needs. This machine is mainly used for submerged arc welding of H-shaped steel. It has a high degree of welding automation and is easy to operate.

The machine head has functions such as vertical lifting and angle adjustment (0~180°)
The gantry travel is controlled by a frequency converter and driven by an AC motor to achieve stepless speed regulation. Mechanical action control and welding power control are integrated in the design for easy operation.
The welding process of single wire single arc, double wire single arc or double wire double arc can be selected according to the user's welding process requirements.
