Product Description
The uniquely designed H Type Steel Shot Blasting Machine is specially designed for cleaning the complicated surface of H-shaped steel structure welds, such as roof and floor structure, welded steel plate and support plate, weld cleaning and rust removal.
All outer and inner surfaces are cleaned by two sandblasting areas.
The first shot blasting zone is composed of an impeller head, which is fixed equidistantly on the upper and lower parts of the shot blasting equipment body and on the cleaning chamber wall.
The second shot blasting zone is where the arrangement of the impeller head and the moving direction of the workpiece are at a certain angle.
The two shot blasting areas can thoroughly clean each surface of the vertically placed structure to form a seamless shot blasting cover, which greatly improves the cleaning efficiency.
Working principle
1. The adjustable speed conveyor roller conveys the steel structure or steel into the clean room of the shot blasting machine.
2. The periphery of the H-shaped steel workpiece will be impacted and rubbed by powerful and dense projectiles from different directions,
so that the oxide scale, rust layer and dirt on the surface of the workpiece can be removed
3. After the impact and friction of the projectile, the surface of the steel will become smooth.
At this time, the electric discharge roller will take the workpiece out of the clean room
4. The projectiles and rust dust left in the interior will be blown away by the air blowing device inside the machine, and the scattered dust mixture
will be conveyed to the funnel through the recovery screw, and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors will be collected in the lower part of the furnace.
5. The separated projectiles fall into the separator hopper for recycling
6. The dust generated by shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust pipe, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere,
which will not cause environmental pollution to the atmosphere.
