1. Excellent Performance of HT300 Cast Iron Material:
◦ Outstanding Vibration Damping: The graphite flakes inside the cast iron can effectively absorb and damp vibrations, with a damping coefficient 3-4 times that of steel. This enables rapid elimination of tremors during work processes (such as knocking, cutting, welding), achieving excellent surface processing quality and measurement stability.
◦ Superb Dimensional Stability: After sufficient natural or artificial aging treatment, internal stresses are completely eliminated. It has a small thermal expansion coefficient and is insensitive to temperature changes, able to maintain extremely high geometric accuracy for a long time (even decades), making it an ideal material for "permanent benchmarks".
◦ Good Wear Resistance and Compressive Resistance: The surface hardness is moderate, wear-resistant, and has high compressive strength, making it not easy to produce indentations.
 

2. True 3D Precision Structure:
◦ HT300 Cast Iron 3D Welding Table is designed as a box-type reinforced rib structure during casting, achieving maximum rigidity while maintaining light weight.
◦ The five working surfaces (upper surface and four side surfaces) are all subjected to precision milling and drilling, forming a high-precision three-dimensional positioning coordinate grid with hole position accuracy reaching the micrometer level.
3. Process-Oriented Surface Treatment:
◦ The working surface is usually subjected to scraping or ultra-precision grinding to meet the flatness standards of "Grade 0" or "Grade 00" plates (such as 0.005mm/m²).
