Align your workpiece with the D28 hole matrix to guarantee straightness and squareness from the very first tack.

🧼 Modular Fixturing & Clamping

Unlike traditional steel tables that require destructive tack welding to hold parts in place, the D28 system uses reusable modular accessories. Insert 28mm locating pins and stop blocks into the holes surrounding your workpiece, then secure heavy-duty manual or hex clamps onto the table surface. The Q355 steel's high tensile strength allows these clamps to apply significant force without distorting the table top, rigidly locking even heavy components into perfect position for welding or assembly.

🔩 Welding, Disassembly & Maintenance

Perform your welding operations with confidence. The massive Q355 steel table acts as a heat sink, absorbing thermal energy and minimizing distortion in your finished weldment. After cooling, simply loosen the clamps and remove the finished part-no grinding off tack welds required. For cleanup, sweep slag, spatter, and dust directly through the 28mm holes into a collection tray below. The through-hole design keeps your work surface clean between jobs and extends the life of the table.
