Our H beam steel structure assembly machine with automatic clamp and centralize the web and flange, alignment and welding, can improve the working efficiency by more one time than similar products.
The positioning of web and flange is realized with hydraulic drive, on the two sides, the mechanical clamping and centralizing is acted synchronously, to ensure web and flange positioning with various sizes within allowed range.
Automatic centralizing is accurate and needless to adjust each time(no center deviation wheel for minor adjustment). When assembling, there is automatic hydraulic holding frame which can go up and down, to make sure web and flange are in matched position. The upper beam has 4pairs of guide on the left and right to make sure stabilization.
The automatic welding system is driven by light cylinder without compressed air source. The inlet and outlet table roller and inlet tension rod are sectional type, and can add and remove according to customer need.

1, The main structure of this assembly machine: main frame, upper gate frame, synchronous clamping and centralizing system of web and flange, main transmission motor reducer.
2, Inlet table roller system: active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets, tension rod: 3 sets.
3, Outlet table roller system: active and passive table roller: 2.6m*3sets.
4, Hydraulic system: oil bump station, high pressure rubber pipe, and hydraulic cylinder.
5, Electric control system: electric cabinet, AC frequency converter and etc.
