This SAW H beam welding machine is gantry type,upright column and upper platform are made of national standard profiles to avoid deformation caused by stress caused by excessive welding seams of the plates, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment and long service life.
There are walking guide wheels on both ends of one side of the walking end beam, and the guide wheels are adjusted by the eccentric shaft to press the guide rail surface to guide, which ensures the stable and safe running speed of the frame
Standard rail width is 5 meters, and length is 18 meters (24kg/m rail and pressure plate and other accessories are provided by the customer), and the effective welding stroke is 15 meters.

Effectively track welds in real time and reduce frequent adjustments to the welding gun due to workpiece deformation during SAW welding.
A spring device is added above the arc guide frame, and the two are flexibly connected to ensure that the four guide wheels can compress the profile steel welding when the welding is deformed, and at the same time can climb the welding of the variable cross-section beam (there is no such device from other suppliers).
Note: Our H beam Submerged arc steel welding machine is equipped with a pair of H-shaped steel arc guide frame and a pair of box-shaped beam guide arc frame. By replacing the arc guide frame, both H-shaped steel work-pieces (cross columns) and box beam work-pieces can be welded without dismantling.
