Introduction

Automatic clamp, centralize the web and flange, align and weld them together. The H beam automatic assembly machine can improve the working efficiency by more one time than manual operation. The main engine drive is controlled by imported AC frequency adjustor to make sure stable and reliable. There is pilot arc device to ensure welding quality and accuracy.

It is suitable for H beam steel with symmetrical and equivalent sections. 

After entering the three groups of spokes, the two groups of the Chinese robotic group are sent to the host to the middle and gifted plates. 

The hydraulic cylinder drives the synchronous clamping to the middle device to implement the middle device on both sides. 

The PLC controls of the H beam assembly machine the entire formation process of welding and the speed of the fast forward, the length of the weld, and the length of the interval, and the operation is convenient and the establishment efficiency is high.

The automatic centralizing is accurate and needless to adjust each time(no center deviation wheel for minor adjustment). When assembling, there is automatic hydraulic holding frame which can go up and down, to make sure web and flange are in matched position. The upper beam has 4pairs of guide on the left and right to make sure stabilization.
The automatic welding system of the assembly machine is driven by light cylinder without compressed air source. The inlet and outlet table roller and inlet tension rod are sectional type, and can add and remove according to customer need.
