Operation flow example
Enter plate parameters (thickness, length) into the control system.
Start the production line and automatically complete uncoiling, cutting and assembly.
During the welding process, the current and voltage are monitored in real time to adjust the welding speed.
Output the finished product and mark the batch number for random inspection (e.g. ultrasonic flaw detection)
Maintenance points
Regularly clean the welding gun nozzle to prevent splash clogging.
Check the assembly machine positioning accuracy, to avoid alignment deviation caused by welding seam deviation.
Calibrate laser detectors and sensors to ensure data reliability
