Beam straightening machine
Beam straightening machine has a wide range of applications. It has mechanical flange straightening and hydraulic flange straightening, two different types for your different purposes. Generally, for the flange beam thickness of 0-40mm, you can choose a mechanical flange straightening machine, and if the flange thickness is above 40mm, if the flange thickness can reach 60mm or 80mm, we recommend that you choose the hydraulic type.
Structure and composition
Hydraulic System: Provides power to apply pressure through a high-pressure oil cylinder to correct deformation.
Roller/Die Device: Roller or die designed according to the shape of the steel beam to guide the material through and apply corrective force. Control System: Automated Operating Interface (PLC or Touch Screen) with adjustable pressure, stroke and correction parameters.
Support Frame and Clamp: Fix the steel beam to prevent displacement.
Working principle
Through mechanical or hydraulic pressure, the bending part is partially squeezed or continuously rolled to make the material plastic deformation and gradually return to the straight state. Some equipment adopts multi-point correction technology, which can handle multiple deformation points at the same time.

1.The main unit is an integral and stress-relieving frame structure, which has the advantages of compact structure, high strength, and sufficient rigidity.
2. The material of the upper roller is 35CrMo, the material of the main drive roller is 40Cr, the whole forging process, the surface is high-frequency quenched and ground, which improves the accuracy and wear resistance of the straightening machine.
3. The main driving part is driven by a motor with a reducer, and then the driving roller continuously conveys the workpiece to complete the flange alignment.
4. The electrical control system is composed of a control box and an operation box, which controls the forward and reverse rotation of the main drive motor and the straightening motor. The operation panel is installed on the rack and placed separately from the control box for easy operation.
