Automatic Cylinder Seam Welding Manipulator
Automatic welding manipulator is mainly used for circumferential seam welding of platform, cantilever and gantry type circular vessels. This machine generally adopts three-in-one control and can be used with welding power source, welding rotator or positioner according to customer requirements.
The welding operating frame can be controlled with a three-in-one welding power source, welding rotator or positioner according to customer requirements.The boom adopts square rails, and the horizontal expansion and contraction adopts rack and pinion transmission, which has high precision and good stability.The boom lifting is equipped with a safety fall protection device.There is a welding torch cross slider in front of the boom to realize the up, down, left and right cross adjustment of the welding gun.There is a ladder on the column for easy maintenance.A platform for welders to stay on.
Column and boom welding manipulator is suitable for TIG, MIG, PAW, SAW and other welding process methods.
