The Inclined Welding Rotator utilizes an inclined support frame. Both the active and passive roller frames are bolted to the top of the frame, creating a stable tilt support system.
A jacking mechanism allows the frame to tilt at an adjustable angle of 0°–45° relative to the ground, enabling precise alignment of the weld seam (horizontally, vertically, and chamfered) on the workpiece.
